Viewing the birds, shipwrecks, boats and more, on the Otago Harbour along the way and receiving an insightful commentary from the skipper.

Join the tour at Marine Studies Centre, Portobello where you will be guided and shown the interesting and weird creatures that are studied here.
Touch tanks allow people to get close and personal with some of the creatures.
View different fish species and sea horses. 

Touch sea cucumbers, anemones and crabs in touch tanks.

Children and adults alike will be fascinated!

10:35am-11:50pm

Tours are presented in a way that is directed at both young children and adults alike.

Includes admission to the centre, a tour and a return ferry trip. 

We depart from Back Beach in Port Chalmers and approx 1.5 hour laters will bring you back to Back Beach.

If you prefer a Portobello pick up please write this in your booking NOTES and the departure time is usually 10 minutes after the advertised starting time.

An infant for this particular tour is aged 0-4 years.
A child is aged 5-15 years.
